ScaleupMap is a commercial technology platform that provides tools for founders, investors, and competition management. Organizers may use ScaleupMap to host and administer their own pitch competitions.

Unless expressly stated on a specific competition page, ScaleupMap is not the sponsor, administrator, judge, partner, or agent of any Organizer. Listing a competition on ScaleupMap does not mean we endorse the Organizer, the competition, or any statements made by them.

Each Organizer is solely responsible for their competition's eligibility, rules, judging, timelines, prizes, communications, and final decisions. Any questions, issues, or disputes about a competition must be directed to the Organizer identified on that competition's page.

ScaleupMap may send reminders, status notices, scoring prompts, or other platform messages. These messages use ScaleupMap's own formats and style and are provided for convenience. They do not speak on behalf of any Organizer unless we clearly say so. Official notices about rules, outcomes, or prizes come from the Organizer through their own channels.

Any scores, analytics, or AI-generated materials provided by ScaleupMap are informational tools for participants and/or Organizers. They are not a promise of selection, funding, or outcome, and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

Competition descriptions and materials may be created or supplied by Organizers or other third parties. ScaleupMap is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, or usefulness of third-party content.

All names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used on ScaleupMap for identification or nominative purposes only. Their use does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ScaleupMap is not liable for any claims, losses, decisions, delays, or disputes arising from or relating to a competition, including eligibility determinations, judging outcomes, prize fulfillment, or Organizer communications.

By using ScaleupMap, you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Participation in any competition is also subject to that Organizer's official rules and policies, which may differ from ours.

This notice is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
